DirectDermaCare Return Policy
- You have up to 60 days from the date of the order to return the product(s).
- We accept compression garments returns that have been opened and have been tried on. Our returns department will accept the compression garment as long as it has not been visibly worn for more than trying it on once.
- For all non-compression garment products, we only accept items back that have been opened or used when the product is defected or damaged.
- All shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the item was defected or damaged.
Each product and region has a different DirectDermaCare return address. Please call our toll free number at 1-888-744-5674 to get the correct return address for you order. Your return will be processed within one week of receiving your product(s). We will credit or exchange the product immediately following the completion of the processing of your return. Please allow up to one week for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. We highly recommend using a tracking number to ensure that your returns are received by DirectDermaCare.
